David H. T. Kane has more than 30 years experience as a practitioner in all aspects of intellectual property law . He counsels clients in the United States, Europe and Japan on a wide spectrum of trademark, patent, copyright and Internet issues. Mr. Kane has served as lead counsel in trademark and patent cases before the federal courts in jurisdictions around the country, and argued appeals in numerous circuit courts, including the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. He has served as a director of a number of bar associations, as President of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association and as President of the Federal Circuit Bar Association. He also has served as Chairman of various committees of the American Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Section, including the Special Committee on Anti-Counterfeiting Legislation.
