Peter N. Fill is involved in patent litigation in the United States courts and in patent prosecution in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
He joined Morgan & Finnegan in 1993 after interning for U.S. Magistrate Judge Ronald J. Hedges in the U.S. District Court in New Jersey. Since joining the firm, Mr. Fill has worked on a variety of patent litigation, prosecution and opinion matters, primarily in the electrical arts for such clients as AT&T, Canon, Ericsson, IBM, Lucent Technologies, Nokia, Research In Motion and Symbol Technologies. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Fill was a senior engineer for a prominent aerospace corporation.
