Since joining Morgan & Finnegan in 1986, Seth J. Atlas has been involved in all aspects of patent litigation and client counseling, from initial infringement and validity opinions through appeal. His work includes pretrial discovery and trial work, both on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants and in all areas of technology, particularly the chemical, pharmaceutical and consumer product fields. He has also been involved in protecting trademarks in the United States and abroad, including clearance opinions, prosecution, opposition proceedings and policing.
