    William S. Feiler has a diverse domestic and international intellectual property law practice that includes antitrust, trade regulation, domestic and international patent procurement, trademark, licensing and complex high technology litigation. Mr. Feiler, who joined the firm in 1974, has an extensive trial practice and has argued successfully before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He has been lead counsel in a number of interferences before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He maintains an active alternative dispute resolution practice as advocate and neutral arbitrator and mediator in the areas of commercial disputes with an emphasis on patent, trademark and copyright matters, licensing, computer software, television programming and video rights. In the international arena, Mr. Feiler has participated in major litigations in Canada, Europe and Japan.
