David H. Pfeffer has been with Morgan & Finnegan since 1963, and has extensive litigation and counseling experience in matters involving a wide range of chemical and pharmaceutical products and processes as well as catalytic, polymer and metallurgical products and processes, mechanical and medical products and devices and semiconductor electronics. He also serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, the CPR Institute and the National Arbitration Forum. In addition to his expertise as a litigator and arbitrator, Mr. Pfeffer served as a judge in the Village of Roslyn Harbor, N.Y. from 1979 to 2003.
