Morgan & Finnegan hosted an event for the US Department of Commerce SABIT (Special American Business Internship Training) program Tuesday, September 30th, 2:00 p.m. at their offices located at Three Financial Center in New York City. Partners John Sweeney, Joseph DeGirolamo, Robert Goethals, and Associate, Jason Nardiello met with 16 professionals from the former Soviet Union to give them an overview of how litigation and mediation can be used to enforce Intellectual Property rights in the U.S. The 16 professionals have been training at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Customs and Border Patrol.
