MORGAN & FINNEGAN HELPS ERICSSON AND SONY ERICSSON RESOLVE ITC PATENT DISPUTE WITH SAMSUNG
Morgan & Finnegan represented Ericsson Inc. and Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson and Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB and Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications (USA) Inc. in their International Trade Commission investigations against Samsung Telecommunications America, LLP, Samsung Electronics America, Inc., and Samsung Electronics, Co., Ltd. involving wireless communications equipment, cell phones and base stations. U.S.I.T.C. Inv. Nos. 337-TA-577 (2006) and 337-TA-583 (2006). Resolution of the disputes was announced by the parties on July 9, 2007.
